Rhonda Collins, APN

Career

Rhonda Collins, APN, is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience in the field of dermatology. She started her career in dermatology assisting in the surgical setting with Mohs surgery, then spent the next several years earning extensive experience in general and aesthetic dermatology. With her nursing background and her additional education and training as a nurse practitioner, she provides a comprehensive approach to treating her patients.

Rhonda understands the importance of balancing medical and aesthetic goals and has a passion for collaborating with her patients to achieve both.

Rhonda accepts patients of all ages, treating a variety of skin conditions, including, but not limited to, acne, eczema, rosacea, rashes, and educating patients on skin cancer prevention. Medically, she performs skin examinations, mole evaluations, and minor surgical procedures. Aesthetically, she offers neuromodulator treatments (like BOTOX), fillers and laser treatments.

Education

She graduated from Purdue University Calumet with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While working in dermatology, Rhonda obtained a master’s degree in nursing from Northern Illinois University, advancing her skills to better provide for her patients.
